Discriminatory practices in the work place vary a significantly. Many different groups are victims of discrimination, including but not limited to women, ethnic minorities, people with a disability, and the elderly. To complicate matters further, the manifestations of discriminatory practice are diverse, and at times can be quite subtle. This makes discrimination difficult to identify, quantify and address.
